Good news! The new irrigation pump is now installed. The pump is designed to boost the pressure of the water that’s already traveling though the irrigation system, providing water to reach higher elevations, for example, the slope area at the rear of the community. We appreciate everyone that helped to sustain the plant material by watering the areas adjacent to your homes while we waited for the new equipment to be installed.
It’s that time again! Gather your unwanted household items because it’s time for a Community wide Yard Sale!!! The event is being planned on Saturday, June15th from 7a.m. – noon. We hope everyone participates and takes advantage of a great opportunity to clear the clutter. After the event, please store all items out of the view of the common area. If discarding item, please place at curbside on the day scheduled for trash collection. For large bulky items, please make arrangement with waste management to ensure your items are collected. This is a friendly reminder that the candidate statements for the Annual Members Meeting and Election are due this Thursday, May 23, 2024. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, please submit your candidate statement by 5 PM on this date.
The first attempt at the Election will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 5 PM via Zoom. It is unlikely that the Association will obtain quorum on the first attempt, and the second attempt will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on August 13, 2024 at 6:30 PM which will be held via Zoom and in person at the office of Action Property Management, 2603 Main St., Suite 500, Irvine, CA 92614.
