As we approach the holiday season, a good rule of thumb is to place decorations out no sooner than 15 days prior to the holiday and to remove the decorations within 15 days after the holiday.

All residents are required to park two vehicles in the garage. Please be a good neighbor and park your vehicles in the garage to allow for street parking for guest.
