Consider volunteering to help run the association. A Request for Candidates form was recently mailed to all owners. Please complete and return the form by March 19th to have you name placed on the ballot for the election in June.

Action Property Management is moving! Effective December 13, 2024 our new corporate office address will be 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?

This will not affect homeowners who mail in their payments, as the remittance address for payments will remain the same P.O. Box address as shown on the bottom of the statements for most associations.

Homeowners making in-person payments at our Irvine office will need to visit our new location to drop off payment.
