The Adjourned Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Bell Tower Community Center, 22232 El Paseo, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.

At this time, we have not received enough ballots to hold the Annual Membership Meeting. If you have not yet submitted your ballot, please do so prior to July 19th, in order to meet the quorum requirements dictated by the Association’s governing documents. If you have lost or misplaced your ballot or would like a proxy, please contact Management at 949-450-0202 to request the voting materials be mailed to you.

The 10th Annual Monterrey Estates Garage Sale has been scheduled for Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The event is being sponsored by Nancy Babcock of Bullock Russell Real Estate Services. Advertising, signage and donuts will be provided, courtesy of Nancy.
